Rental Trailer
Our rental is a 12' wide Park Model equipped with a master bedroom featuring a queen bed, a set of bunk beds located in the Add-A-Room and a pullout couch in the living room. Located on Site 915, you will have a beautiful view overlooking the Koi pond. Look closely, and you will see the colourful fish swimming by. The price of the rental includes a family consisting of 2 adults and their children or grandchildren under 18 years old. Bring along bedding, pillows, towels, personal items, food. Bring lawn chairs, fishing poles, if desired.
Rate of Rental
Rate (+ HST)
- One week minimum between Canada Day and Labour Day long weekends*: $900/week
- Off-season, 3-night minimum: $150/night
- Pool Key Refundable Deposit (no HST) $14
- Pets: $50
- A Charge of $20 will apply if the trailer key is not returned.
*The one week minimum can be waived if shorter time slots occur between week long bookings.
Full payment is required to confirm the reservation. You can pay by Etransfer, Visa, MasterCard, Debit or Cash.
Check-in time is 3 pm and check out is at 11 am.

Guests
- Daily Admission for visitors: $5
- 4 years old and under: Free
Overnight Admission for visitors:
Additional overnight guests must be approved by the office.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the Park Model rental or Add-A-Room at any time.
Pets
Our rental is a pet-friendly unit. Dogs are not permitted inside the snack bar or office buildings, on the beach, or in the swimming areas. Dogs must be leashed, unless they are in our fenced-off dog run and swim area. Pets must be house trained and you must clean up after them. Also, ensure that they do not scratch or chew the trailer or the furniture. You will be held responsible for any damage caused by your pet. Since there is extra cleaning involved, there is a $50 +HST charge for bringing a pet.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
There is a 1 week minimum required between Canada Day and Labour Day long weekends. There is a 3-night minimum required for all other bookings. Shorter stays may be granted if made closer to arrival date or it fills a gap between reservations. Full payment is required to confirm the reservation. You are able to pay by Visa, MasterCard, Debit, Travelers Cheque, or cash. Check-in time is at 3 pm and check-out is at 11 am.
Cancellations received more than two weeks prior to arrival are subject to a $150 +HST cancellation fee. Cancellations received two weeks prior to arrival or less will be charged in full. If we are able to re-book the Rental during the cancelled time, then a fee of only $150 +HST will be charged.
Seasonal Camping 2024
Please Note: We do not have any seasonal sites available for someone bringing in their own trailer. Any open sites we have at this time are reserved for the new and used trailers that we sell.
Seasonal Camping Fees (+ HST)
- Campsite rental $4,000
- Campsite rental by the water $4,500
- 2 week extension prior to Opening Day $500
- 2 week extension after Closing Day $500
- Additional Campers (per person): $125
- Hydro Deposit (credit to be used for final billing): $100
Other Fees
- Proximity Gate Card Purchase: $25
- Pool Key Refundable Deposit: $14
- Vehicle Sticker for year 2024 season: $25 + HST
Note: one vehicle sticker will be issued at no charge per seasonal site. Addition stickers may be purchased for second vehicles and/or for registered additional adults with vehicles.
